We kindly ask that you take a moment to review these guidelines at the beginning of your stay. They’re in place to ensure a safe, comfortable experience for you, our neighbors, and the surrounding community.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Occupancy: Limited to the number of guests listed on your signed agreement
• No parties or events
• No outdoor speakers or amplified music
• No smoking anywhere on the property
NEIGHBORHOOD COURTESY
• Do not block driveways or emergency access lanes.
• Observe posted speed limits — when in doubt, please drive slowly.
• All trash must be placed in the provided secure containers. Garbage is collected at least once per week by a local hauler.

A security deposit, guest accommodation agreement, and photo ID are required at the time of booking. These must be submitted within 24 hours, or your booking may be canceled. Please note that the guest accommodation agreement includes a clause stating that violation of the rules may result in eviction without a refund.
House rules include, but are not limited to:
Minimum renter age: 25
Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM
No parties or loud music
No smoking
Please turn off lights when not in use or when leaving the property
Tampering with the Wi-Fi router or security cameras is strictly prohibited
Pets are welcome in our accommodation and we can accept up to two well behaved dogs per stay. Please be sure to clean up after your pets as needed and do not leave them unattended inside the house.

• Fires are allowed only in designated areas and must never be left unattended.
• Fireworks are illegal in residential areas and prohibited on all local beaches.
• If flying a drone, please be respectful of private property, neighbors, and wildlife
HOT TUB
• Please shower before entering.
• Keep the lid closed, power off and secured when
not in use.
PETS
