Smoking is not permitted inside either unit or in the shared garden.

Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors.
Guest Limit
Each unit allows a maximum of 6 guests. Please do not have additional overnight visitors
Respect the Home
This is a lovingly restored historic property. Please treat the space with care and notify us right away if any issues or damage occur.
Fireplaces
All fireplaces are decorative only and are not available for use.
Parking
Each unit has one reserved parking space on Jones Lane behind the property. Please park only in your designated spot—the adjacent space is reserved for the other unit. Street parking is available, but please read posted signs carefully.
Lights & Energy
Please turn off lights when not in use or when leaving the property.
Trash
Please turn off lights when not in use or when leaving the property.
Laundry
Dispose of trash in the bins provided. If they become full, please let us know.
Shoes
To help keep the home clean, we kindly ask that shoes be removed before entering.
Pets
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please clean up after your pets and
do not leave them unattended inside the home or on the deck.
Important
A security deposit and guest accommodation agreement are required for all stays.
Violation of house rules may result in eviction without refund.

• Occupancy: Limited to the number of guests listed on your signed agreement
• No parties or events
• No outdoor speakers or amplified music
• No smoking anywhere on the property

• Do not block driveways or emergency access lanes.
• Observe posted speed limits — when in doubt, please drive slowly.
• All trash must be placed in the provided secure containers. Garbage is collected at least once per week by a local hauler.
