The home is equipped with a Nest thermostat upstairs along with sensors to help keep the space comfortable throughout the house and a mini-split downstairs for added comfort
Adjusting the Temperature
Change Temperature: Turn the outer ring clockwise to increase heat or counterclockwise to cool.
Switch Modes: Press the thermostat to wake it, select Mode, then choose Heat, Cool, or Heat•Cool (auto).
Manual Adjustment: You can change the temperature anytime; the system will follow your setting until the next scheduled change.
Energy Tip: When leaving the property, please turn off the mini-split heater and set the Nest thermostats to a neutral temperature to help conserve energy.
