HOW TO BREW
1. Water: Fill the side reservoir with cold water.
2. Select Size: Turn the dial to choose your brew size (from a single cup to a full 10-cup carafe).
3. Prep Coffee: Add a paper filter (or the gold-tone permanent filter) to the basket and add your ground coffee.
4. Pick Your Style: Press a button to choose your brew strength:
Gold: Specialty SCA-certified brew.
Bold: For a stronger, darker taste.
Over Ice: For a cold-brew style over ice.
5. Start: Press the Brew button.
NOTE
Ensure the "Drip Stop" lever (above the carafe) is set to Open before you start!

HOW TO BREW
1. Fill Water – Open the lid and add cold water (up to 10 cups).
2. Add Beans – Add whole beans to the grinder chamber (do not exceed the “Max” line).
Using pre-ground coffee? Add grounds to the filter and press Grind Off.
3. Prepare Filter – Make sure the grinder basket and gold-tone filter are seated properly and close the lid.
4. Select Cups – Turn the dial to choose the number of cups (1–4 or 5–10).
5. Brew – Press Brew and the machine will grind and brew automatically

• Thermal Carafe: Keeps coffee hot for hours—no warming plate needed.
• Pause Feature: You can pour a cup mid-brew; just return the carafe quickly.
